Marriott Hotel Melrose Arch
Stress Engineering Services completed the commissioning and handing over of this 500 bed, 5 star hotel in February 2020. This project comprised 3 networked fire panels with over 2000 devices, interfaced to 3rd party equipment and reporting to a central control room.
South African Reserve Bank
SES is proud to announce that we have been awarded the contract to program and commission a very large upgrade to the South African Reserve Bank building in Pretoria
Eagles View Hotel
As part of the total revamp, SES Fire is currently busy with the fire detection installation in this boutique hotel in Grasskop Mpumalanga
RSSB Study Center
Completed in March 2020, the installation at this study and religious center consisted of 4 auditoriums, offices and accommodation. SES installed an addressable Ziton system with remote monitoring via SMS
Oxbow Country Estate
In order to keep their special guests safe, and give them the piece of mind they deserve on their wedding night we installed a fully addressable fire detection system throughout this wedding, conference and accommodation facility.
Massbuild
This installation included OSID beam detectors, point detection, MCP's and high output sounders as well as interfacing to gas detection, extract fans and smoke vents in the 10 000 m2 extension to the existing 40 000 m2 distribution facility.
Clicks Distribution center Louwardia
This project included the upgrade of the existing fire detection system in the 30 000 m2 distribution center as well as installing a new system in the 15 000 m2 extension. This project was run over 3 phases and consisted of 4 networked Ziton ZP3 fire panels connected to 37 OSID beam detectors in the warehouse areas. Sounder and MCP's were installed through out the facility with point detection in the office areas, canteen and ablutions. The system is also interfaced to sprinklers and smoke vents.
The total value of this project was over R 2.5 Million.
